How can I place an order?

Custom Handcrafted items will have a longer handling time. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within the estimated timeframe provided during checkout.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a flexible return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within a specified period ( 30 days) for a refund. Please review our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions and any applicable conditions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

How does Preorders work and what is the benefit?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it.

Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take to arrive? Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. When will you charge me for my item? To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
